Today was really fun for my guests Joel and his son Will. It’s been a few years since I have guided them, but it seemed like yesterday. The weather was perfect and so was the fishing. The grab was on right away and stayed very consistent until early afternoon, then became spotty – meaning they would get lots of grabs in some runs, then some lulls. By the end, they both hooked a lot of fish and broke off a couple of real bruisers. Spring is such a great time to book a fishing trip on the Sac!
