What a weird October!  No rain, daytime temps around 100 degrees, and where are the salmon?  Despite all of this we had a great day on the Lower Sac.  Karl and his son Alex put the wood to a bunch of beautiful rainbows pretty much all day.  Even with the poor salmon return (so far) we caught a lot of fish on "egg patterns" haha along with some nice fish on very tiny flies.  Let's go fishing!
