Mike and Steve had their Deschutes River trip cancelled so they decided to fish the Lower Sac with us for a couple of days. They fished with Andrew yesterday and I had them today. Sounds like both days were pretty similar with some good fish being caught in between lulls that had us scratching our heads and changing flies. When the fish were eating they didn’t seem too particular; rubberlegs along with various PMD and caddis patterns all caught fish. When they weren’t eating it didn’t seem to matter what we tied on! We started strong and finished strong today so good times overall on the big river.
