Had a great day on the Sac with Nick. We lucked out and enjoyed a day between the snow and rain storms and had the river to ourselves. We saw only one other boat! Everybody must have eaten too much turkey yesterday. The bite was pretty consistent all day; not off the hook but a steady number of good fish. Sometimes it’s not all about racking up huge numbers; a beautiful day, good weather, and good company all make for a great experience on the river.
