I took Harry and Ben downriver today, floating from Balls Ferry to Bend.  We saw no other drift boats, and the fishing was better down there than it was up in Redding yesterday.  Our best flies were rubberlegs and small beadhead pheasant tails.  We caught most of our fish under indicators, but also hooked some fish swinging nymphs and fishing dries.
