Flows on coastal rivers have dropped into shape. We have been hooking bright winter steelhead almost every day both swinging with spey rods and tight line nymphing. The weather has been superb. We will need more rain soon to get a fresh push of fish into the smaller rivers that are dropping fast. The beautiful Oregon coast is truly a unique and special place. The abundance of excellent steelhead rivers are a bonus.
