Northern California: , by Andrew Harris: Blown out: 3 stars We're in the middle of a huge storm here in northern California. The Lower Sac peaked at 35,000cfs at Bend and the Trinity is over 2,000cfs at Douglas City. We're also experiencing heavy wind gusts up to 50mph. Our rivers should be fishable again within 3-4 days. The Trinity drops pretty fast once the rain stops. Other good bets for fishable conditions after the storm is over include the Feather and American.
