Fall River continues to be frustrating.  There are plenty of big fish around, but they are not very grabby.  Our best action today was from 11:30am to 2pm.  We hooked a few quality rainbows during that time on small nymphs.  The small fish weren't even very grabby.  The PMD hatch was pretty good today until the wind came up - hopefully fishing will improve as the PMD hatch gets thicker.
