The big ones got away today, but sometimes that's how it goes.  We actually landed a rainbow about 2 feet in length, but it was a beat-up spawned-out buck that was definitely not a picture fish!  We had very slow fishing in the morning, but things picked up around noon.  We hooked mostly smaller fish, but with a few larger ones in the mix.  The streamer action was non-existent today.  We got all of our fish on size 16-18 beadhead nymphs.
