Lower Sac: , by Mike Wright: Red, white, and Rainbow!: 4 stars Took Rob from Sacramento down the Lower Sac and we had a great day! The weather was warm, but the water and the breeze made for a great day. We saw only one other boat all day and Rob hooked up on 6 quality fish in the 14-16 inch range.
