Lower Sac: , by Mike Wright: Hard work pays off in higher flows.: 3 stars I guided Brian and Barry on the Lower Sac yesterday as part of a large group from the Diablo Valley Fly Fishermen Club. It was the first time on the Lower Sac for both of them, and despite some tough water conditions due to an increase in flows, they did a great job. They fished hard all day and were rewarded with some nice fish. Nice work guys!  Brian with a nice one on the rod he built for the trip!
