Lower Sac: , by Mike Wright: Windy day.....the fish didn't mind!: 4 stars Spent the day drifting the Lower Sac with Ray from Napa. Big laughs and great fishing all day. Drifted from Redding to Anderson. Gusty winds kept the topwater action down all day, but the nymph grab was really good. Consistent grabs all day with most of the fish in the 16+ inch range.
