If you buy a license online, you can print a copy and use it as a temporary license until your actual license arrives in the mail, which takes about a week. If you are fishing for steelhead or fishing the Lower Sac you must also purchase a Steelhead Report Card. Please obtain your license prior to your fishing trip!
